• Refunds and exchanges are only acceptable if the product has a defect or is damaged during delivery.
  • Returnable items must be in their original sealed, unused condition and must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Online merchandise MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AT ANY OF OUR RETAIL STORES.
  • Similarly, merchandise purchased in our retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online.
  • Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, and registration card in undamaged, clean, and brand- new condition.
  • Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or with serial number missing or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
  • If the product returned has any data or information stored on a memory or storage device, we shall not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information or to maintain the confidentiality of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
  • Product using consumable items such as laser toner, ink cartridges, batteries, 3D printer filament, etc. must be returned with those items in factory-sealed condition or will require a deduction for a replacement.
  • Consumable items such as laser toner, ink cartridges, batteries, 3D printer filament, etc. are returnable only if unopened. If defective, items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
  • Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
  • Special order items are non-returnable.
